Shipping & Returns
During this COVID-19 situation, there have been some changes in our shipping and processing. Please allow 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS from the time your order is placed to receive your items. (business days include Monday-Friday with exception of holidays). In addition, to help keep us safe and to respect the "stay home" order, we are only traveling to the post office Monday's and Fridays to ship out items. All items will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail.
Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address and email address. If you accidentally type in the incorrect shipping address, please send an email with the correct shipping address so the change can be made. You will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping charges if you want the item resent.
If you haven't received your order but have your tracking number, please contact your local post office to receive your order information. Please wait for an email confirmation for your tracking number. We appreciate your patience and understanding of our changes during this time. We also wish everyone love and safety as we work together to get through this pandemic.
Return & Exchange Policy
REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE IF IT HAS BEEN OVER 25 BUSINESS DAYS AND YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. We do not accept returns. If for some reason you did not receive the correct item or amount, we will fix the issue for you as soon as we can. Due to high demands for our products, please allow 25 business days before you send in a refund request with your full name, order number and reason for wanting a refund.
